This site is aimed at professional editors, press, publicity and tourism. My library of photographs contains pictures of all the most important towns and cities in the Languedoc Roussillon region of southern France, the seaside resorts from Collioure to Port-Camargue and the villages located in the countryside from the Pyrenees to the Cevennes. It also contains photographs of typical characters in their everyday life, in their leisure time or engaged in some touristic activity. TO ORDER PHOTOGRAPHS

Look in my library of photographs for the picture you are looking for.
You can do your search using the themes or key-words ( sorry, but in french! avoid commas and apostrophes ). Validate your order and fill in the form about the use of the photographs. I shall then be able to repond to your requirements and send you a proposal. If the photograph you are looking for is not listed here, I may have it in stock. Don’t hesitate and give me a call or send me an email. I can also undertake to photograph and prepare the pictures you need.
The photographs are available in traditional film ( ektas 24 x 36 and 6 x 7) as well as in digital format. (Up to 60 MB or A3 format in 300 dpi).
The fees for the rights will depend on the use of the pictures.

CONDITIONS OF USE

1 - Henri Comte's works is subject to the present general conditions

2 - The prices are quoted without tax, in Euros.

3 - All the works should be accompanied with an order form signed by the customer. .

4 - Any order lower than 300 euros must be paid in full at the moment of reception of the invoice. Over this sum, the payment must be made under 30 days.

5 - The copyrights are "all rights reserved" under any legislations, except written, express and special license, on invoice.

6 - Any complaint should be made within a week of the reception of the work, and any photos not giving satisfaction, returned within the same period. The possible disputes must be in the jurisdictions ofHenri Comte's place of residence.

7 - According to the law n°80 of March 12, 1980, the delivered works remain Henri comte's property until their complete payment. They are subjected to the French image and intellectual property law, whatever nationality the client might be.

8 - The nonpayment of the rights to Henri Comte entails the denunciation of the agreement of transfer of rights of author with immediate effect, forbidding as a consequence the exploitation of photos under the offence of forgery.

9 - The mention: " Photo: © Henri Comte " is compulsory near the published photo.

10 - Purchase of stock photo on traditional film: a refundable 200 euro pledge for every original photo lent (not applicable for photos digital format).On ending of the use, any witholding of numeric file or of a copy by the client or by a third is strictly forbidden.

11 - Two copies of the publication must be supplied to the author at the above mentioned address.

12 - Henri Comte is member of the association AGA PL, the payment by check is accepted.
